1. NO stolen characters or designs will be drawn.2. CLEAR reference must be provided. Artist may ask for further clarification, or better images. If not satisfactory, commission may be declined.3. ADDITIONAL charges may be added, depending on the complexity of a character's design and any other special requests at the artists discretion.4. Payment must be made in FULL before a commission will be properly taken, or started. NO refunds will be made if the client decides to back out from the commission once the commission has been started.5. I reserve the right to turn down, or terminate, a commission at any time. Termination will only occur under select circumstances that are the product of items that are out of my control. Termination will not apply to any commissions that have been started. Thus, a full refund will be given along with a proper notification of such.6. If flat color, or the entire piece is ordered, a sketch update may be sent before the lining and coloring process upon request. One change is allotted for free before a minimum of $5.00 fee may be added for each change thereafter (subject to increase based on degree and difficulty of change).7. Once the final piece has been rendered, NO further revisions will be made.8. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks, up to two months, for a piece to be completed. Time will be subject to the artist's schedule and queue. Of course, this is only a guideline and may change, and your piece may often be finished much sooner than expected. If an issue occurs with the timing of a work, the artist will contact and notify the client of said issue and keep in touch accordingly.9. Sketching or line work is prohibited in use as a “base” by the client.10. DO NOT remove the artist's signature from the work, or claim the work completed as your own.ALL work completed is for personal use ONLY. No work completed may be used for commercial, monetary use, or gain.
